Alan J. Smith
Alan has been a licensed Realtor since 1983. He holds the CRS and GRI designations (the top 1% of Realtors nationwide) from the National Association of Realtors.

After spending 10 years with Century 21, Alan joined RE/MAX Professionals, Inc. in January of 1994. He is a member of the RE/MAX Chairman's Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement. He has been the #1 agent for RE/MAX Professionals for 7 of the last 9 years, and is currently one of the top ten realtors in Colorado.

Alan, his wife Deanne, and their three children live in the Littleton Area. Alan is known as an upstanding member of his community and is actively involved in church service and coaching youth sports programs. He is actively involved with the neighborhood schools, and has formed an alliance as a 'Partner in Education' for several Jefferson County and Denver area schools.

Alan enjoys the Colorado outdoors, playing basketball, golf, tennis, and waterskiing.

Having lived in the Denver area for over 20 years, Alan knows the area and market extremely well. Alan helps countless families get top dollar for their present home or move into their dream home.

Kirsten Meyer
I've been in Real Estate for 15 years. I have my Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

For the past 15 years I have assisted Alan in the position of Executive Assistant. I am available in the office 5 days a week; I will most likely be the one who photographs your home, designs your brochure and takes care of the daily details of the listing and sales process of your home.

When I'm not in the office I enjoy mountain and road biking, hiking, basketball, volleyball, anything outdoors as well as tae kwon do, computers and graphics.

Priscilla Wolf
I have been a licensed Real Estate professional for 20 years. Before relocating to Colorado, I was licensed in New Mexico.

I have served on the Alan Smith team for 2 ½ years. My first position was full time replacement for Kirsten Meyer. I am pleased to remain with the team as administrative assistant doing marketing statistics, website updates or anything else that comes along. We are all here for you, call any of us anytime.

During my free time I enjoy decorating, remodeling, gardening, downhill skiing, auto racing and riding my own motorcycle.

Tami Shipman
I have been selling real estate since 1990. I joined RE/MAX Professionals, Inc. in January 1993. I have always enjoyed the buyer side of the real estate transaction; getting to know new people, listening carefully to their wants and needs, and then getting out there to find the perfect home! That is why I joined Alan Smith in early 1997 as his 'buyer's associate'. I knew Alan was a highly respected agent and very dedicated to his clients and community. I felt we would make a great team, and now, over eight years later, it was the best move in my career!

Once we find your home, I will be there with you every step of the way, from negotiating your offer, setting and attending inspections, helping with lender needs, reviewing title work and other documents and finally to the best day of all, the closing of your new home!

I grew up in Colorado and I have lived in Lakewood, Golden, Conifer, Evergreen, Englewood and for the past 19 years in the south west Littleton area.

My husband Andy, and I have four daughters, who keep us busy with dance classes, Chatfield Poms performances and soccer games. We also enjoy boating, camping, water skiing and snow skiing together. In my 'spare time' I love photography, baking and cake decorating.
